The Newsletter of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine contains timely information and serves as a forum for lively debate about issues of interest to AAPM members. It is published bi-monthly. The AAPM Newsletter is a free publication available to AAPM members only. AAPM members in good standing can use their existing member usernames and passwords to download issues of the Newsletter. The AAPM Newsletter is comprised of regular articles from AAPM officers, including and not limited to the President, Chairman of the Board, the Treasurer, as well as periodic articles from the chairpersons of various committees reporting about their activity. The Newsletter is also comprised of articles from AAPM staff, including and not limited to the Executive Director and the Government Relations Manager. (Letters to the Editor, news items regarding chapter activity, awards, grants, testing results, and new member listings are regularly included and many of these items are provided by AAPM members.) AAPM encourages its members to submit items of interest, including photographs whenever possible, to the editor for consideration. In addition, a limited number of AAPM non-profit and corporate affiliate only advertisements are included in each edition of the AAPM Newsletter.
