The CCS M2M solution is focused on machine communication with mobile devices and SAP at the backend.
There is in the frontend a Cloud service to collect the machine data. The data are send to the Sybase Unwired Platform and from there to an IPAD.
On the IPAD the technician will decide what to do and to start business process in SAP via the SUP.
Either to post goods issue or to raise a service order or to invoice the customer.
