This is the famous handwriting script of WangXiZhi who is the best calligraphist in China, people called him "Emperor of handwriting". Wang was born as a noble in Jin Dynasty about 1700 years ago. One day he and other nobles hold a party in a mountain called LanTing. The sit besides a rivulet and servants put the cups with wine into the water, the cups floated with the rivulet ,guests picked the cups out of the spring and had a drink, they wrote some poems and Wang wrote the preface for the poems collection. Then the greatest writing in China was born. There are 324 characters in this preface, Wang wrote the same characters in different style. He wrote this article again later but could not exceed the original one. it is the gem of Chinese handwriting. The Great King of Tang Dynasty LiShiMing loved this manuscript so much, he tried his best to get it and brought it to his tomb when he died. No one see the manuscript ever since then and it become a legend. Luckily,some famous calligraphists in Tang Dynasty copy this manuscript with the permission of the King and we can see the writing now.
