Application Description
The conBio app launching version 1.1 includes three parts
• conBio Business Directory
• inBio the interactive iPad magazine
• conBio News & Facts
Further sections of the app are under development and will later be introduced.
The conBio app is an easy to use, information center for anyone, professional or non-professional, interested in bio for energy or for material. With the help of the app you will find general business information as well as articles, news and facts.
The inBio interactive iPad magazine reaches beyond the headlines and is frequently updated with articles, deeper and more informative than what is possible in a normal trade magazine, which often is limited in space. The inBio is pedagogic and includes many interactive illustrations and links.
The Bioenergy Business Directory presents edited information about leading companies in the bio for energy or bio for material business and presents contact ways to reach them, including fast working links to company own web pages, phone, emails etc. The directory has several search options and resulting presentation also includes a geographical system. Updates are done frequently but always by an editor.
The conBio News and Facts section includes a daily updated news section and a searchable archive. The conBio news and facts has not quantity as a goal. It is aiming for quality. There are to many information sources copying and pasting small and big news in an endless stream.
Developer of the conBio app are Lennart Ljungblom and Tigist Ayalew.
Lennart Ljungblom is a chemical engineer and has 35 years of experience as an editor and publisher in the for front of the bioenergy field. His latest venture was the world leading Bioenergy International magazine, which he started in 2001, developed and sold 2011. Now his focus has switched to information and communication sources for the web and tablet platforms.
Tigist Ayalew has a master degree in software engineering and is developing the platforms for the conBio products.
