With this application you can easily backup and restore your contacts. No computer, no sync required. All you have to do is send backup to yourself via email as vCard file. If your backup contains lot of pictures you can use File sharing mode via iTunes. To do this, simply connect your iPhone to a computer and run iTunes. Under the Apps tab you will find File sharing section. Choose Contacts to vcf and save backup(s) to your computer.

HOW TO USE:
Click "Contacts backup" button. Your contacts will be backed up by date and time, and number of contacts will be shown. To restore from desired backup simple choose it and click Restore button. Or you can email backup by clicking Email button. No longer needed backups can be deleted by clicking Delete button.
To save backups to computer you will need iTunes. Connect your iPhone and run iTunes. Under the Apps tab you will find File sharing section. Choose Contacts to vcf and save backup(s) to your computer.
vCard (vcf) files can be opened by Address book app (Mac), MS Outlook Express, Gmail etc.
