Application Description
The primary purpose of eCat is to allow users to make audits as per their or organizationís requirements and have them conducted at defined locations by auditors. The entire system has two broad components:
Web Portal
ïProvides an interface for user management.
ïProvides an interface to set information with reference to entire system like title setting of Location Level 1.
ïProvides an interface to create audits as per requirements.
ïProvides an interface to enter all pre-required / mandatory / necessary information to make an audit like location, entity, scoring parameter, parameter, etc.
ïProvides an interface to bulk upload XL worksheets with pre-required information for making audits.
ïImplements Role Access Module to provide role based system access to login users.
ïProvides Alert Management that generates and sends email regarding new audits created to selected users or email IDs as per their comfortable time.
ïProvides an interface for device management wherein web user first approves the device to allow audit conduct. The auditor and user can map the audit location on the device.
ïProvides Task Management to follow action process to conduct audit and submit audit report.
ïProvides an interface to view details of audit reports submitted by auditors.
ïProvides a model / informatics / dynamic dashboard as homepage of website.
Mobile Application
ïAuditors can use mobile application on their handheld device (approved by web user) to conduct audits published and configured by web user.
ïWill sync with web portal to receive data related to audits published by web user for auditor to conduct.
ïWill conduct audit and sync / submit results back to web portal.
