Fantasy Hockey Draft Aid
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
Updated for the 2013 48 game season!! The strike is over :)
Tired of using draft projections from sites that don’t keep close track of hockey? Feel like you’re unprepared for your fantasy league and need a bit of extra help? Use this all-new fantasy hockey draft aid developed using cutting edge advanced hockey statistics. With this app you get to customize how the scoring is done so that you can generate the best possible cheat sheet for your draft.
There are two ways to use this program on draft day. Either you can use the interactive features that cross off players as they are drafted so you have an up to date list of who is still available for your picking or if you prefer to not use your phone during the draft you always have the option of emailing yourself the list so that you can follow on paper.
This app will not limit you to a single draft list. You may keep several lists so that you have a customized scoring chart for each of your drafts.
If you don’t trust our predictions, feel free to use either last year’s stats or the last three-year’s average as your scoring mechanism. We give you a total of three different options to help you generate what you feel is the best list.
Need to draft a specific position? We’ve got several different ways of sorting the available players, either sort them all together on a master list or sort them by position incase you need to pick a specific position.
Another great feature of our program is a list of all potential rookies in the NHL next year along with projections for what kind of point production can be expected from them. This is great for people in a keeper league and need to draft a top rookie or two.
The only thing that is missing from this app is goaltenders. Goalie statistics are NOT predictable and therefore they were purposely left out! If this is something you feel is needed in future versions, let us know and we will see what we can do.
