The goal of this app is to introduce you to the process of “Flipping” your teaching strategies by giving you a workflow blueprint that takes you from your instructional idea, to a fully implemented version of your own online classroom. We’ll do this by sampling the steps, getting you comfortable with the process, so that you will be able to use these methods to support all of your instruction. All of this demonstrated through sample high quality, streaming, step-by-step video tutorials.

Tutorials start with the theory behind the flipped classroom. From there you will learn extremely useful resource building techniques, allowing you to produce your own audio and video resources. You will also learn how to edit and enhance your resources and learn a variety of different distribution methods, finding the most suitable for you and your students. You will even learn how to locate and utilize thousands of ready made and relevant expert video files with your students through the growing resource library list.

The app will demonstrate how to complete initial steps in the process, explaining the design concepts you will need to understand, and the tools you need. This course is efficiency oriented so by the end of the course, you should be able to quickly create your own rich resources, prepare resources for sharing, and share them on the internet with your students and their parents. This course is for teachers, administrators, parents, home-schooling, virtually anyone who want to build a virtual classroom or blended learning environment. There is no prerequisite, you don’t have to know anything about design or instructional software to start this course. The only thing you need is a computer, an internet connection and a desire to help your students reach their full potential.
