This application is intended to aid attorneys practicing criminal law in Florida by providing the date of Speedy Trial Expiration. The app takes the arrest date as an input and outputs the last day of speedy trial. The "Recapture" calculation is an estimate assuming you file your notice of expiration on the first timely day.
The Felony switch allows the use to change the calculation between Felony and Misdemeanor Speedy Trial times. As of version 1.1 the switch position is saved between application launches.
Finally the Today button sets the date wheel to the current day.
