Application Description
FruFeed is an all-inclusive, mobile version of Live Feed for your business' ServiceNow instance. Log in with your ServiceNow credentials, and you will get access to all of the messages, images, groups, tags, and more!
FruFeed includes:
- Messages: Divided into 'Company Feed', or 'My Feed', you can view all company messages, or just those that you pick to follow. Posting messages or replies is simple and easy, and can include images, links, and tags.
- Groups: Create or join groups, to keep certain messages restricted to only the people they pertain to.
- Tags: Put a #tag in a message to make issues easier to keep up with. Individual tags can be followed or unfollowed, and messages can be filtered by the tags they include.
- People: Follow another Live Feed member to easily track all of their posts. You can also view their contact information and directly contact them via email, call, or text.
- Location: Take a quick look at where other user's last logged in with our location tracking system.
- Incidents: If an incident appears in your feed, you can view the relevant information, or leave a comment or work note on it.
Anything you can do on Live Feed on the web, you can do from anywhere on FruFeed, all optimized to fit on your phone!
