2. During each affirmation session an association is established between the affirmation and the wallpaper.

3. During your session, your new wallpaper with your daily affirmation is saved to the Photo Album, where you install it as your lock-screen.

4. Now every time you unlock your iPhone, your affirmation is flashed in your sub-conscious mind, even if you don't pay attention.
