Matichon Publishing House is a sub division of Matichon Group. Since 1990, it has started publishing pocket books in three sections, namely, Thai literature, foreign translated, and Art & Culture. เนื่องจากเมื่อวันที่ 1 พ.ค. 2556 ที่ผ่านมา ทาง Apple ได้การมีการยกเลิกการเข้าถึงข้อมูลหมายเลขประจำเครื่องหรือ UDID (Uniques Device Identifier) บนทุก Application ทำให้ทาง OOKBEE ต้องมีการแก้ไขระบบเพื่อรองรับนโยบายใหม่ในส่วนนี้ การแก้ไขจะมีผลกระทบโดยตรงกับลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนบัญชี ookbee (ookbee account) ไว้ เนื่องจากตัว Application หลังการแก้ไขระบบแล้วจะไม่แสดง UDID ของผู้ใช้อีกต่อไป ซึ่งจะทำให้ข้อมูลหนังสือหายไปจากเครื่อง วิธีการแก้ไขเบื้องต้น ขอความกรุณาคุณลูกค้าสมัครบัญชี ookbee ขึ้นมาใหม่(ทำการสมัครภายในเครื่องที่มีข้อมูลหนังสืออยู่) แล้วส่งรายละเอียดบัญชี ookbee และ หมายเลข UDID (จากการต่อเครื่องกับโปรแกรม iTunes) มาที่ member@ookbee.com เพื่อดำเนินการในลำดับถัดไป ทาง ookbee ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกในที่นี้ด้วย ขอบคุณครับ
