Application Description
Get piece of mind when entering or re-entering the workforce.
MAX Assist was developed to assist MAX Employment’s Disability Employment Services clients during their Post Placement Support phase. The App requests that a professional support person contact the MAX Employment client if they are feeling overwhelmed at work.
To register, simply download the App, complete the registration form and push the register button. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a call from the DES Customer Support Centre with the access code you will need to complete the registration.
Once you have registered, you simply push the help request if you are feeling overwhelmed at work. When you push the help request button, you will immediately receive a request confirmation. Shortly after your request, you will receive a phone call from a professional support person, who can help you.
You may cancel a help request prior to receiving the call by pressing the Cancel Request button and again you will immediately receive a cancel confirmation.
You must be a MAX Employment Disability Employment Services client to be able to use this App, so if you are not registered with us, please contact your nearest MAX Employment office on 1800 625 350 to register.
