Minute is the first and only iPad application that enables anyone who has meetings to collaborate, share, and manage their meetings in real-time anywhere there is an Internet connection.
You won’t have to be confined to a conference room using Minute. You can run any meeting anywhere, any time on your iPad, easily collaborating with others on their iPads. Everyone works on the same materials at the same time, and everyone is notified when to-do items are checked off.
Minute combines the best tools all in one application:
● Prepare meetings and invite attendees. You can even see who’s nearby and invite them.
● Interfaces with Facebook, LinkedIn, and G+, making it simple to connect with fellow attendees through social networks.
● Share and collaborate on meeting minutes, to-do lists, presentations and other documents in the cloud in real time. Nothing gets lost.
● Integrates with Microsoft Exchange, iOS task apps, Evernote, Dropbox, and more, so you can easily import and distribute all kinds of files.
● Facilitates real-time co-creation of meeting notes and document sharing enhanced by group chat.
● Notifies all meeting participants when tasks are completed.
● Streams presentations and documents on AirPlay-capable display or on other users’ iPads.
