Minutes+ is the powerful and easy-to-use solution to create minutes with your iPad during a meeting.
It will help you optimise your work. Just create your minute books and appointments and start creating minutes. Once the meeting is over, simply use the mail function to create a pdf document of your minutes: It's that easy to integrate your iPad in your daily workflow. With our powerful search function you can easily scan all your saved minutes for keywords and find minutes even after weeks with just a click.
Minutes+ offers your a whole lot of amazing features:
• Minutes can be filled out in a very intuitive and flexible way: To fill out participants, mailing lists, times and responsibilities you don't even need a keyboard
• Create minute books and appointments to organize your minutes
• Save recurring appointments with a predefined list of participants and mailing lists to simplify filling out new blank minutes
• Each minute consists of a various number of agenda items which consists of a description, a responsible person and a date
• To-Do-Lists: Outstanding agenda items are listed in your To-Do-List and you can even send mail reminders to the responsible persons
• Import your iPad contacts to Minutes+ to simplify creating minutes: You don't have to type your contacts every time, just save them and you can pick them easily during a meeting
• Save your contacts along with their email address, so you don't have to type the email addresses every time you send pdf minutes
• To protect saved minutes just create a password and unauthorised access to your saved minutes is limited
• Minute books and appointments can be exported as a zip file (pdf) for your private documents and for backup purposes
