As you track your feelings daily, the Attitude Tracker provides thought-guidance randomly selected for each particular feeling to help enhance or improve your current emotional state. As you read your thought-guidance practice "mindfulness meditation" on these thought suggestions to help you steer your current thoughts and feelings to a more positive state. In effect, you will be training your brain to become more resilient, learning to "catch" yourself when you are in a negative emotional state and learning to help yourself move more quickly into a positive and productive state. When you are in a good mood, the Attitude Tracker thought-guidance will give you suggestions to keep your good feelings going and to motivate you to do something productive with your current joyful state.

Use the Diary feature to express your deeper feelings and thoughts. This feature also provides you the opportunity to create a more positive thought pattern for yourself, an intention so that you can change your thoughts into a more positive state. Studies have shown that a "mere" thought can change your brain activity, therefore by purposefully changing your thoughts, you will affect change to your emotional state. Included in this feature are various positive affirmations randomly selected each day when you write in your Diary; we hope they inspire and motivate you.

The Attitude Tracker has a password feature to protect your privacy. Additionally, your feelings and diary data are stored inside the app on your device and will remain there even through updates. Only when the app is removed from your device will the data be deleted.
