Usage:

* Scoring
o Click on a player to select, check mark indicates selected player.
o Click "Player Add" to add a new player.
o Click "Player Edit" to delete or reorder players.
o Click "Game New" to start a new game with the same players or all new players.
+ Selecting "Same Players" will reset life points to 20 for existing players.
+ Selecting "New Players" will delete all players.
o Change a player's life points by clicking on the player and then +/- buttons on the sides.
o Shake the iPhone to select a player at random.
o Tab bar badge indicates number of players.
o All changes auto-saves.
* Dice Roll
o D# indicates the number of sides for the dice.
o Shake the iPhone for a D06 (6 sided dice) roll.
o "D# Roll" indicates type of last dice roll.
o Time indicates time of last dice roll.
o Tab bar badge indicates last dice roll.
* Coin Flip
o Click on the image or shake the iPhone for coin flip.
o Time indicates time of last coin flip.
o Tab bar badge indicates last coin flip.
