Do you want to reach the goal of a specific number of consecutive repetitions for a certain exercise? No matter if the exercise is called push-ups, sit-ups or something else, this will be your ultimate all-in-one tool in reaching that goal. Multi Reps includes 5 pre defined exercises: Pushups, Situps, Squats, Pull-ups and Dips. Also 5 Generic exercises has been added with editable names for your convenience. The Generic can be used for ANY exercise you like. You are given two options in creating the workout schedule for each exercise.
Note that you can have 10 workout schedules defined at the same time and switch between them seamlessly with the scrollable exercise icons.
1. The automatic workout schedule generator will create the workout schedule based on your current maximum number of repetitions, the number of repetitions which is your goal and your estimate of how well trained you currently are at the specific exercise. The app will, by using an advanced algorithm, create a workout schedule made specifically for your goal and level of fitness.
2. Manually enter a workout schedule of your own choice.
By not having a pre-defined goal, Multi Reps offers you a very motivating and inspiring workout schedule that suits your individual goal and level of fitness.
You can at any time tap CUSTOMIZE in the toolbar to enter a new or modify any existing workout schedule.
You can skip to the day you want. If you for example want to redo a day or want to skip ahead in the schedule.
If you want this app to send you a notification the day you want to exercise you can set up a reminder schedule and the app will beep and send you a subtile message.
Each exercise has its own workout schedule and DIARY. In the diary you can see your current schedule and tap each day for an overview of its workout. You can even start the workout directly from the diary.
See the schedule as the minimum repetitions required and ALWAYS do as many repetitions as possible in the last set.
The Multi Reps application will be your guide, workout aid and diary on your way to reaching your fitness goal.
