This App is a productivity tool designed to assist in collecting, storing and sorting patient data for health care professionals on the go: specifically surgical specialties. We found that the requirements for case collection were quite different from OB/GYN, but similar across the other surgical fields (i.e Surgery, Ortho, Urology etc) so we made the + version. Like the earlier version, it has been primarily created to assist with data collection for the Physician Oral Boards, but can be used to collect patient data for any purpose (i.e procedure log for residency/private practice, research project). Key features in this version include the ability to create a favorites list of ICD-9 and CPT codes (and when the time comes you can even make a list of ICD-10 codes). While not needed for patient case collection for the oral boards, a new "plus" feature includes the ability to import pictures of pathology/imaging and attach it to an encounter. As with the earlier version, patient data will be password protected. A patient list can be generated and e-mailed to the user in the Pro version.
