Keep up to date with the News Feed from the Body Pump Community Forum. Use the built in Weight Picker to keep track of the last weight you used for each track. Let "Shake Challenge" choose one track to increase weight on for your next workout. Optimize your fitness by logging your workouts with the Workout Log. See your trends and know when to rest and when to challenge yourself by seeing your total number of workouts, weights, and calories on a graph.
