Scan a PayPics mobile tag using the PayPics app and you can:

HOW IT WORKS:
PayPics works with your PayPal account to facilitate mobile payments with as little as a couple of taps. Follow the on device instructions to register your device with PayPics and connect your PayPal account to your device. There is no need to disclose your credit card information to anyone in order to use PayPics.
To give it a try you can create a PayPics tag right on your phone that allows you to send money to anyone with a PayPal account. They can scan the tag right from your phone’s screen or you can email the tag to them. Send Money tags are great for splitting tabs, sending cash to kids, etc.
