SportIn is the social tool that enables you to play sport whenever you want. It allows you to meet local individuals quickly who just want to play a game of sport.

You're returning home from a busy day at work! You really would like to play a game of Tennis! You ring around and apparently all your friends and family are busy! What do you do? Pull out your phone and jump on to SportIn.

On SportIn you build your profile, search for others, view profiles, choose to meet and play! Simple

Features:
-Profile building tools that allow you to build your own profile. This includes the likes of profile pictures, a basic bio and an area dedicated to show off the sports you play.
-A search table finds users within 10 miles of your location. It also tells you of whether they are currently using the app or are offline.
-You can view other profiles. Check out the competition before the game and email or text them to get make the necessary arrangements

Kainos and its Licensors shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the products use. Such damages include but are not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages. Kainos and its Licensors shall not be responsible for loss of income, profits, revenues, and any other damage related to the use, misuse or ineffectiveness of the product.

Reliance of Information

The Information contained in the Product is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to their accuracy.
As set out above, Kainos and its Licensors accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage or other harm arising from any reliance placed on such information by the recipient of such information or any other person who relies on any of its contents.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patent rights, design rights and trademarks, in the Product shall remain the property of the Licensor.

Use and Parental Permission

Use of this Product is strictly limited to those aged those aged 18 and over or those aged 16 to 18 with parental consent (“Suitable User”). By using this Product you are representing that you are a Suitable User.

Data Protection

Any data entered into the Product is stored on the Parse cloud app platform and use of this Product is subject to the terms and conditions of Parse which can be viewed by clicking the following hyperlink https://parse.com/about/terms
The user must successfully login in to retrieve their data. The data which is exchanged between users is the unique username, chosen sports and location of the user. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and use of this Product is subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Updates

Kainos and its Licensors reserve the right to modify, update and alter these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to the Licensee.
