Application Description
Show your Supercard barcode, view your current Superpoint account balance, Supercash offers of the week and much more.
Scan your Supercard barcode quickly and catch all the offers:
You can now use your iPhone to collect and redeem points (Supercash offers) in most Coop Group sales outlets* instead of the traditional Supercard.
In addition, you will always be kept up-to-date with:
☆ your current Superpoint account balance
☆ current Supercard offers. Pay for selected ranges with your Superpoints in Coop Supermarkets, Coop Building & Hobby stores, or at other Supercard partners. You will be notified on the first day of every Supercash offer via push message.
☆ Supercard special offers from the Coop member press with new offers every week for collecting Superpoints
☆ your most recent Coop Supercard purchases. Turn your iPhone to view all purchases which have been made with your Coop Supercard in the last 30 days.
The Supercard iApp is compatible with the iPhone 3GS or newer, running iOS 4.3 or newer.
For your security: This app can only be used in conjunction with your personal security number (PIN code) to protect your Supercard from unauthorized access. If you do not yet have a PIN code for your Supercard, you can create your personal PIN at a Superbox at your nearest Coop sales outlet (Supermarket, Building & Hobby, City department store)
or apply for one conveniently online at www.coop.ch/supercard.
Using the Supercard barcode:
Log in to the app using your Supercard number and PIN. A barcode symbol is shown next to the News symbol. Touch the barcode symbol (or swipe with your finger) to turn over the Supercard and show the Supercard barcode.
Only the official Coop Supercard app showing the barcode page with the current date, time and the rotating Supercard will be accepted at the checkout.
If you have a poor Internet connection, or if it is not available, you will only be able to view the Supercard barcode. The points balance shown will be from the last time it was updated via the Supercard web service.
*This feature is available in the following sales outlets:
Coop Supermarket, Coop City department store, Coop Building & Hobby, Toptip/Lumimart, Import Parfumerie, Christ Watches & Jewellery, The Body Shop. From May in the Coop Pronto and, from November 2013, in the Coop Restaurant.
This feature is not available at the following Supercard partner companies until further notice: Interdiscount, Coop Vitality pharmacy, Dipl. Ing. Fust, Pneu Egger, Hertz and Gidor Coiffure.
