We are a family owned company founded by Captain Terry Somers as Kaipara Harbour Cruises over 20 years ago. The company has now grown to 4 vessels on 2 different Harbours, with the acquisition of Abalone Cruises and The Red Boats in Auckland over 10 years ago.
At the Red Boats we pride ourselves in being an owner operated family business, and offer service like no other. Our years of cruising experience guarantee to make your charter, event, or big day out, a huge success.
Our vessels are fully compliant with all Maritime safety requirements and are large roomy stable 2 level vessels licensed for up to and over 60 passengers.
Departing from Z Pier - Westhaven Marina, The Red Boats have 4 vessels waiting to take passengers anywhere on Auckland's Waitamata Harbour.
