The ToonsTube app, with child lock control, specifically made for kids and toddlers to watch YouTube videos on iOS devices.

Parents can add YouTube videos/playlists to their children's playlist so they can watch them repeatedly. That also means the kids can only watch your approved videos on YouTube.
