TotaliEnroll allows credit union employees to go off premises and enroll members at a SEG Group or for use in branch. The required enrollment data is filled on screen and is available to the member for review and signature on the iPad. A picture of the applicant, using any digital camera, is incorporated in the document for archival and may be saved separately. Data entered on the document is available for uploading to your core system. WiFi or 3G with a Secure VPN connection to the IMM server is required. This iPad client application must be downloaded from App Store at no charge.
