City of Troy residents and visitors can now use the Troy 311 APP to notify the City about power outages, potholes, broken sidewalks and a host of other issues. Troy 311 is a free application that allows you to report community issues, pinpoint the location with GPS and attach photos right from your iPhone or iPad device.
