About Robert Budd:
Robert Budd is a Certified Instructor, offering effective and efficient training. He creates completely original workouts 5 days a week for his clients in Encinitas, California.
Robert's workouts combine the best of exercises from a number of areas, including: body weight (gravity) exercises, TRX, rowing, yoga, and pilates.
With a background in martial arts, powerlifting, bodybuilding, swimming, body surfing, football, basketball, long distance running and Russian kettlebell athletics (Girevoy sport), Robert knows how to program workouts to be safe, effective, and balanced - to prevent injuries and overtraining.
Robert's training is based around functional movement. His TRX training involves movement in different planes, with both static and dynamic strength, to enhance everyday life. If functional movement is practiced in a controlled environment (workouts), then the movements required for life's little surprises and spills will have less adverse effects.
Robert has been a Certified Kettlebell Instructor (RKC) since 2006 and a Level II Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor since 2007. He is now invited to be a Team Leader Instructor of candidates for Russian Kettlebell Instructors Certification by Chief Instructor Pavel Tsatsouline.
