As the name implies, this app embraces the metaphor of scribbling notes on 3" x 5" index cards for any number of purposes. It's quick, it's effective, it's intuitive, and perhaps even fun.

While not free, 3" x 5" is very affordable (compare to the cost of buying a single pack of index cards) and has no hidden costs. Create as many card collections as you like; there are no in-app purchases. And no ads.
