The Reference Designation System (RDS) 81346 codebook is for technical design and engineering, and is used for naming of technical objects within all technical disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Process, Civil Works etc.
The 81346 codebook gives you all the letter codes at your fingertips from the international ISO/IEC 81346-2 standard ”INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, INSTALLATIONS AND EQUIPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS – STRUCTURING PRINCIPLES AND REFERENCE DESIGNATIONS – Part 2: Classification of objects and codes for classes”.
