Application Description
The companion App for ActiveBuilding's online application for residential property managers. Designed specifically for on-site staff users, the app allow users to interact with their ActiveBuilding portal on the move.
*** NOTE: To use this app you need a Staff User account on an existing ActiveBuilding portal. All other type of users, including residents, are not supported with this app.
Features included:
- Adding and updating service requests
- Logging in packages from carriers
- Releasing package to residents and collecting signatures
- Support for Linea Pro bar code scanner for iPod Touch
Future updates will add the ability to:
- Log Keys
- View front desk instructions
