Add up my steps
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
10,000 steps a day to health, wisdom and happiness.
Well, perhaps it is not quite that easy.
10,000 steps is about 5 miles for most of us and in many countries the normal distance adults cover in a day. In the US it's closer to 4300 steps/day.
Your iPhone is with you all day, let it track your steps and see how many you actually take. I was very surprised to find myself taking less than 3000 steps a day on days I don't run.
There have been some recent studies showing that 10,000 steps a day is enough to cause weight loss. 5,000 a day is enough to promote general good health and reduce the risks of a couch potato lifestyle.
Bonus:
Share today's steps on your favorite social network
Email all your data to yourself for easy import into spreadsheets
* Note: This app only works on devices with the M7 Motion Coprocessor ( iPhone 5S )
