Airfield cards is a website for pilots who want to visit other airfields. All the data is stored securely in a database and is shown to the users as they navigate around the site.

The iPhone app downloads this database on first use and stores the data in the phone when your are offline. It gets the latest database when you open the app and are connected to the internet. Therefore any new airfields added to the website will be available in the app.

The sources of the information, e.g. "UK airfield information has been provided by the UK microlighting community, and will be constantly updated as things change and new information becomes available".

Please note that because the airfield information within this app is provided by a community of aviation enthusiasts we are unable to guarantee it's accuracy. You should always use official aeronautical documentation when preparing and planning a flight.

Also please note that this iPhone app requires IOS version 4.3 to work and is therefore not suitable for a standard iPhone 3.
