Have you ever looked for a quick reference that would tell you all the most important art in the world that everybody should know and should be able to talk about? This app is it. All the art that are essential knowledge for any cultured person are here. It contains a very carefully selected collection of the most important artworks ever created. The paintings are sorted by date (starting in 1425 till 1966), with a page describing the painting and what makes it so special. Explained is the artist, a short explanation of what the painting is about, the date, the size and material it was painted on, as well as which museum it currently is in. The application is available in both english and in german.
