■Outline of the Cartoon

The scene is a big business company. It is suffering from stagnation.
A young man who is new to the company feels uneasy about the future of the company because the atmosphere of the office is very gloomy.
He began to do something. What do you think it is?

How and where does the power come from? The power to break through stagnation. The power to change the atmosphere.
And the energy to make better achievements? Where does it come from?
