This is the companion app to Rich Wood's 2010 book "Be Positive Even If It's Not Your Blood Type". Quotes can help motivate and inspire you towards your own great achievements, or simply remind you of your priorities as you go through each day. TO USE: Touch the BE+ home screen to display a quote of the day - one quote per day. View all quotes on the "All Quotes" tab. Add a journal entry while viewing today's quote. View past journal entries on the "Journal" tab (swipe to change pages). Click the email button when viewing any quote to send via email. Please enjoy!
