A calculator for coaches to identify young athletes with potential to be selected for the British Triathlon Performance Programme.

Use the toggle to select whether the athlete is female or male.

Then select their age using the Age slider. Then depending on their age the distances for the Swim and Run time trials will adjust.

Next you enter the athlete's respective Swim and Run times using the sliders. You can fine tune the times using the triangular buttons at either end.

As you make changes you will see dynamic updates to their scores in each discipline and their overall points score. Dependant on their overall score you will see how the athlete is classified according to the current British Triathlon Performance Programme standards:

Gold Plus
Gold
Silver
Bronze
Unclassified
