Application Description
Fun and Interactive Speech Development for Children designed by a speech language pathologist.
Join Cal on his first Super Space Adventure as he travels to Outer-Sound Space to collect and practice the /S/ sound. Captain Cal will introduce your child to the “secret sound” through repeated sound modeling in this adorable series of children’s stories. This program offers video coaching by a Speech-Language Pathologist on how to correctly articulate a /s/ sound. Throughout the story your child will be prompted to practice this sound using the techniques presented in the video, while enjoying the interactive components of this application.
The child is let through the story with audio narrative. They are able to collect items that represent the featured sound by finding them on the interactive pages then once found they are prompted to practice them 5 times before adding them to the trophy case.
These fun and interactive stories teach sound/letter association and offer coaching on how to make the sounds correctly.
