Module and Mobile Applications for Muslim Employees

INTRODUCTION
Spiritual intelligence is an important element in a person's job performance ( Alexander , 1993) . Spiritual intelligence is the ability of the individual placing in their actions and solve problems and live more meaningful menjalaini ( Zohar and Marshall , 2000) . Spiritual intelligence module was originally developed specifically for nurses to help improve performance. Nurses are constantly faced with the challenge of addressing the needs of the patient , the patient's family and work environment. This can give rise to a variety of stress that can negatively impact the performance of nurses. Then , this module has been extended for civil servants with regard to job stress experienced , the benefits of increasing the quality of work and the demands by various government departments. Thus researchers see a need to help them produce the modules in order to improve the quality of services in Malaysia . Modules and applications were developed on the basis of empirical studies regarding the relationship of the spiritual intelligence to improve performance .
OBJECTIVES
Applying spiritual intelligence in employment practices .
Provide assistance module build spiritual intelligence for Muslim employees .
Muslim workers help enhance performance through the practice of spiritual intelligence .
Produce spiritual intelligence applications for mobile devices for the whole Muslim workers
USAGE
Spiritual intelligence module is designed to practice spiritual intelligence for 21 days continuously . Content modules include verses of the Quran and prayers selected from the traditions of the Prophet sources . It is practiced individually by each user together with self-assessment of performance. Use modules and applications can be extended to workers in different employment sectors .
