Cant draw, no worries with ClipArtist, simply select pre-drawn ClipArt and use touch gesturing to position, scale and rotate. All ClipArt is vector based so that means when scaling objects up quality is maintained.
The app is intended for you to build your own library of ClipArt by selecting from 30,000+ ClipArt freely provided by Openclipart.org. After selecting ClipArt it is automatically saved in the apps local ClipArt Library for later use.
