Application Description
Markup the web with Comments

Comments allows you to navigate the web and then enter a markup mode where you can draw on web pages to comment, note, annotate, etc. The uses are only limited by your imagination!
With Comments you can also change the color and opacity of the markup.
When you're done with your markup, you can either save the image or email it.
