It actively scans your calendar for conference call events which you can dial in just two touches AND it can optionally alert you right before it's time to dial into a conference call.

The native Calendar app is great, except when you try to dial a conference call invite! The native Phone app is great, except it doesn't know what a conference call dialing sequence is! Conference Call Admin integrates these two features so the Calendar app can talk correctly to the Phone app - effortlessly!

Or you can COPY the event details to the pasteboard/clipboard for use in the Messages app, Twitter, or Facebook, or where ever you need the call data.

TIME TO DIAL-IN ALERT - Handy alert setting - The standard 15 minute reminder before a conference call is fine for telling you it's time to start gathering your thoughts, but how many times have you wanted a reminder right before the call to tell you to dial-in? Maybe a minute before, so you're always on time! This app automatically creates an ALERT 1 MINUTE BEFORE (default) the scheduled call to remind you to dial in. This works in conjunction with the standard 15 minute alert on most calendar programs, such as Outlook or iCal.

CUSTOMIZE - Allows you to optionally ON-THE-FLY modify the dial sequence. You can also quickly change the confirmation key (# or *) or add a final wait-confirm.

App can also optionally SHOW ALL CALENDAR EVENTS if you want the full picture of what's going on with your day or week or month.

Supports special optional EXTENSION PARSING that's useful when your company has a hardline extension that people also put on the invite which really is the dial-in number. Using this feature, the app can automatically parse this dialing sequence correctly.

Supports situations where there is a DUAL ENTRY CODE situation such as conference code and a passcode automatically.

Shows the event name, date, time, organizer, and location all on a simple screen.

For dialing US-based phone numbers, but app is available world-wide for international travelers. Uses the native iPhone Dial Application. On the iPad and iPod-Touch you will be able to perform the above functions except for dialing. Dialing is only available on the iPhone.
