ConnectedAfield.com started between two friends who shared an extreme passion for the outdoors and wanted more information at their fingertips while hunting. The goal for them was to get information through their smart phones, about moon phases, weather, and mapping but also connect with todays social media technology; allowing them to talk directly to a select group of friends in real time while on a hunt; while at the same time looking up activity in various states.
