This app lets you record and create a log of every positive contact you have with any authorities who have the right to stop / checkout you, your vehicle or premises. If you are found NOT TO HAVE COMMITTED a breach or infringement it comprises part of your GOOD RECORD of driving or character. Police, Water Police, Road Authority, Waterway Authority officers, Local Government Rangers or Compliance Officers, Air Navigation officers – they make official notes of every checkout. If it involves a breach, infringement, misdemeanour or warning they create official records of your offences.
BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL THE TIMES YOU HAVE BEEN STOPPED AND CHECKED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS? You are entitled to have your good record taken into account for any penalty or sentencing process. Trouble is, until now, the only official records available have been the BAD ones. This app changes all that.
This app allows your phone to record date, time, GPS and street location, officer details, additional data, full history of records, then emails a copy immediately to you, your employer, or any address you select. It forms an in-phone history log of all such events. You use this data to precisely and cost effectively obtain a subpoena or use FOI or GIPA to retrieve the evidentiary records of the authorities involved in every GOOD stop and check. Far more effective than any other way.

An explanatory screen is designed for you to show officers WHY you may seek their name or registered number. Only used if you cannot clearly see a registered number or name displayed.
