Application Description
Crashing Bubbles is a funny augmented reality game.
The goal is to destroy the falling bubbles with your hand/head.
There are several types of bubbles:
- () normal bubble
- (yellow) speed bubble
- (red) this bubbles gives you one life
- (blue) small bubble
- (green) a horizontal one
- (black) this one steals you a life
Therefore the skin color of the player in front of the camera is detected using novel computer vision algorithms. This App demonstrates the power of current computer vision research.
Stand in front of the camera and crash the falling bubbles, it's fun and amazing!
The App has been developed by Björn Scheuermann, Kai Cordes, Florian Baumann, Arne Ehlers and Bodo Rosenhahn from the Institut für Informationsverarbeitung (TNT), Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH).
