CrossMath
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
Love math?
Do numbers give you the warm fuzzies?
Want to wake your brain up?
Then challenge it with CrossMath!
Just arrange four numbers in a 4x4 square, with no repeats in any column or row.
THEN, insert math symbols between numbers to create formulas.
Use addition, subtraction and multiplication (again, with no repeating in any column or row) to match the totals on the right side of the square, and below it.
The result is a unique puzzle where you will ENJOY working with numbers!
Challenge yourself in different ways:
- Start with some numbers and operators revealed. Uncover a lot, and the puzzle is easy to solve; uncover a few (or hide them all) and the puzzle just got MUCH more challenging! Or try exotic (and tough) variations, where you see all the numbers, but none of the operators – or the reverse.
-Change the range of numbers in the game. For example, kids can use a small range (from 1-10 or 1-5), or include some negative numbers (-5 to +5) to help them practice. For math geniuses, use a wide range like -45 to +45 to REALLY get a mental workout!
A simple game with hours of enjoyment ahead for you...
