The Crown & Caliber Retailer app can be used on iPhone or iPad and is for Retail jewelry stores and their customers. It allows an associate to receive a quote for their customer’s pre-owned timepiece within 20 minutes and process the transaction all in one place. The app offers a photography platform for taking photos of each timepiece and a simple form to include all the information that Crown & Caliber will need. Once a new request is completed, it emails the timepiece information to Crown & Caliber for review. Someone at Crown & Caliber will call the associate directly once the quote is ready. The quote also keeps record of pending transactions until they are completed, and basic information for completed transactions.
