HOW IT WORKS:
The Deck of Cards Workout works by assigning an exercise to a specific suit in the deck and the number of repetitions you perform is based on the card number of that suit you are on. The benefits of using this system is that every workout is truly unique and by the end of the workout you've performed over 400 reps!
