臺北將以「樂活之都 (Design for Living)」宣示爭取2016世界設計之都的決心。 「樂活之都」絕非一個空泛的口號或目標,事實上這是臺北市政府長期耕耘努力的成果。方便市民操作的科技平臺,便捷快速的服務品質,與時俱進的配套軟體,皆是「樂活之都」帶給市民的生活便利。展覽期間,臺北館內將在各展區配置各種多功能的互動設備,並設計軟體供民眾下載安裝,讓民眾知道市府在「樂活之都」的規劃與運用,已可同時兼顧「無時不刻」與「無所不在」的特性。
