Doin' Time
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
Mr B. Bad Wolf is doing time for his crime. Watch out for the sequence of events in this timely game show.
It really is a prime time crime show.
Stopping the clocks in the right sequence and at the right time will ensure that Mr. B. Bad Wolf does his time.
Measuring the passing of time has always been of interest and importance to people. Reading time both in digital and analogue format is an integral and important part of our daily lives.
Although children often readily read digital (military) time many have difficulty reading time on a clock face.
Much of this difficulty can be overcome by forming an association with digital time and the minutes and the numerals on the clock e.g. when the minute hand is on the 1 it indicates that 5 minutes has passed; 2 = 10 minutes etc.
Doin’ Time encourages the close association between the minute hand, five-minute intervals, the numerals on the clock face and digital time all in a fun game.
Even some of our adult testers could be beaten by the kids.
Created for and with kids. Tested by kids. Approved by teachers and educators around the world.
Suitable for grandparents, parents and kids or just about anyone. Try it yourself, it’s harder than it looks.
It’s a fun, wonderful, educational and engaging resource for home and school.
